Some are, sure.
But I feel like the vast majority are just jumping on fads.

It's for sale! I've always liked the convenience of pre-broken autos.
Good shot there Kinja.

Join the club. I almost didn't post it.

I like the mild stuff but the extreme negative camber that minimizes the amount of rubber on the ground, especially when you trying to stop the damn thing coupled with tires that are way... no... dangerously to narrow for the rims they are mounted on just boggles my mind. That a shop that installs tires (or the inherent danger involved in mounting such a combination) would expose themselves to liability like this is equally mind boggling.

Single exit exhaust? With OEM tip? Whats up with this?

Remember when it was cool to only add parts that don't make your car faster?
Not saying you can't add a part that doesn't add speed(look at me, I don't need 8.5" wheels, 8" are plenty good. I just like the look of a wider wheel)

So much stance hate on Oppo...

For good reason.

I'm crying inside.
I sincerely hope that that all of this damage is reversible, and the next owner makes things right again...
![]() 10/15/2013 at 09:23 |

Reversible? Yes. Will it be made right? Methinks not.

No. Taste is personal. One person likes it, the other doesn't.

I thought Oppo was a nice community where every form of automotive culture is respected.
Apparantly, I am wrong...

Yes, taste is personal, but modifying a car in such a way that the inherent goodness of that car is decreased is a good reason to ridicule the mod.
If this was a Fit and not an S2000, one of the finest sports cars ever made, it wouldn't bother me.
